The fried fish rolls from the snack bar next door (part of the restaurant) are awesome. A fresh piece of fish is prepared and comes with delicious side dishes in a crispy roll. Anyone who only knows the frozen variants, where the breading covers the possibly existing fish taste, will be delighted. Tip: When holding on with both hands, thumbs and little fingers below, the other above. Then the majority of the culinary delight also lands on the tongue.

Unfortunately, we have only had mediocre experiences with the fish rolls that are so praised here. Both the herring and the North Sea shrimp were not a highlight for us and not of the quality offered elsewhere. Pity!

Excellent fish dishes on the edge of the pedestrian zone in Friedrichstadt. We had plaice in an egg coat or 3 variations of herring plate. Highly recommended both. Not just getting a place, which also speaks for the quality of the offer.

Very tasty dishes and nice service. Outside you can watch the goings-on in front of the house. The two dishes were good and filling.

Like last year, we were totally thrilled this time. The food was super tasty and came very quickly. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the staff more than competent and friendly. We look forward to coming back next year.

Fish - really tasty and totally fresh Our cravings for matjes with fried potatoes and a delicious "Flens" could be satisfied here. The service was super nice, friendly and quick, even though they served alone. Since we were on our way to Denmark in mid-June, we made a longer stopover in Friedrichstadt on the return trip with the Womo, in order to enjoy delicious fish here again. Again just a short wait until the delicious food was served. The matje plate with 3 different types was the first choice !! We were particularly taken with the curry matjes. This rather small fish snack bar / restaurant is highly recommended. Very good value for money.

The food is absolutely delicious. The fried fish plate is highly recommended. Has something of everything. The fried potatoes are awesome. Our children were given a normal meal as a senior dish. There are also children's meals, but then fish-style sticks and chips. Very friendly service. Highly Recommended. A next visit to Friedrichstadt a must.

This is the place where they treat you like a queen. The serving is the best, everyone smiles and they speak a little Danish and excellent English. The food taste like a piece of heaven. I'll be back for more.

We can join the very good reviews. Both the service and the food was rated by us as very good. Price performance is very good. Yes it is a snack yes it is quite small but highly recommended. Taste is always such a thing, from our side we can recommend the restaurant unreservedly.
